Meet Attorney Anaum Cheema
Attorney Anaum Cheema is a DMV native, having grown up, studied, and worked in the area. She received her Bachelor's degree in International Relations at the University of Maryland, College Park. She pursued her law degree at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
During the course of her studies, Anaum Cheema gained diverse legal work experience. She was a courtroom clerk for the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, where she received a citation from the Clerk of the Court for her service to the people of Anne Arundel County. Through the selective Thurgood Marshall Clerkship Program, she was a Law Clerk for the Maryland Office of Attorney General Antitrust Division. She aided Professor Kimberly Wehle, Esq. in her various publications and media appearances as a Research Assistant. She was also a Maryland Rule 19-220 Student Attorney at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Immigrant Justice Clinic.
